Here at VacationCondosJaco, we offer a “take you by the hand” investment tour of Costa Rica…Specifically the Jaco Beach area. We start our journey together from Newark Airport in New Jersey on a direct 4.5 hour flight to San Jose, the Capitol city of Costa Rica. I personally take care of all transfers and details so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Jaco Beach is located in the Central Pacific region of Costa Rica, a scenic 90 minute ride from Juan Santamaria airport . There is a new highway under construction from San Jose to the Central pacific coast. This new modern roadway will cut the travel time down to about one hour. I believe this new infrastructure will have a very positive effect for the future of the region. There are many investment options including turnkey vacation condos, pre-construction condos, land, and homes at 30-50% less than comparable properties in the US.

Property taxes and insurance for coastal property in Costa Rica is a fraction of the cost at home. Tour jaco beach and surrounding area to see condos, homes and land from 11am to 4pm every day. Nights are free for you to enjoy Jaco's nightlife.
